2. Participant Requirements

• Must be an active Millway.id member (registered and logged in at least once).
• Must have a device and stable internet connection to attend the webinar.

3. Participation Rules

• Please join the virtual room at least 10 minutes before the event starts.
• Do not share the webinar link with unregistered individuals.
• Maintain respectful communication, including:
  • No interrupting the speaker
  • No spamming the chat
  • Use polite language
• Organizers reserve the right to remove participants who violate the rules.

4. Privacy Policy & Data Usage

• By registering, you agree to allow your data (name, email, phone) to be used for:

5. Force Majeure

• Event cancellation due to uncontrollable situations (natural disasters, platform outages, speaker health) is not the organizer’s liability.

6. Rewards

• 10% discount from Millvista for participants who attend at least 75% of the session.
• E-checklist will be sent via email. (Ensure your registered email is active.)

7. Cancellation & Changes

• Millway.id reserves the right to modify the schedule, speaker, or content with or without prior notice.
• Any changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance.
