Terms & Conditions for Wrong/Incomplete Product Complaints:

  1. Product exchange is only valid within a maximum of 3x24 hours after the item is received.
  2. You must provide a Video of Unboxing (Package Opening), Photo of Product Received, Photo of Shipping Receipt, and Buyer’s Label once the package has been received. These are required so that if there is damage, missing products/gifts, or discrepancies, validation can be carried out using this supporting evidence.
  3. If one or more of the required evidence is missing, any complaint submitted cannot be processed and will be considered invalid.
  4. Product exchange will only be accepted if:
    • The product is damaged/has a manufacturing defect
    • The product shipped is incorrect (wrong color/type)
    • The product is in its original condition, unused, and must include all accessories (box, charging cable, user manual, etc.)
  5. Product exchange will not be accepted if:
    • Color differences caused by product photo lighting
    • Damage caused by user error (dropped, scratched, etc.)

Must be accompanied by information about the unit issue.

Note: if the above requirements are not complete, the product return cannot be processed.
