5 Simple Home Workouts Without Equipment

Want to stay active and healthy without going to the gym or buying exercise tools? Good news—there are effective workouts you can do at home, no equipment needed. Here are 5 simple exercises you can try to stay in shape:

  • 1. Squat

    A movement that targets the thighs, glutes, and hips. Lower your body as if sitting, then return to a standing position.
