KJP Medical Center Depok: 24-Hour One-Stop Health amp; Wellness Center

KJP Medical Center in Depok continues to strengthen its position as a community health service hub with full 24-hour operations. Established in March 2002, the clinic, located at Jl. Kejayaan Blok IX No. 4, Abadijaya, Sukmajaya, has served thousands of patients from various backgrounds.

“Our motivation from the beginning has been to help the community in addressing health issues, provide the best service, and ensure that all groups can access our care,” said Puji Rahmawati S. AB, Operational Manager of KJP Medical Center.

According to her, good service means patients don’t have to wait long to see a doctor and can get the right medication for their complaints.

“The indicators are simple: patients don’t queue, the medicine fits their needs, and they recover as expected,” she added.

The 24-hour facilities include the Emergency Department (IGD), general practitioners, and a pharmacy. To improve service quality, KJP also has dedicated staff who assist patients throughout the registration and examination process.

“We want patients to feel close to our staff — like talking to a friend,” said Puji.

This personal approach has proven effective in increasing comfort and patient loyalty. As public demand grows for outpatient care and comprehensive health check-ups, KJP is preparing to launch the Main Outpatient Clinic (KURJ), which will offer radiology, physiotherapy, and specialist doctor services.

“We plan to have internal medicine, radiology, obstetrics, and occupational health doctors,” Puji explained.

The occupational health specialist (K3) will strengthen medical check-up (MCU) services, particularly for company employees. The clinic also plans to add pediatric and dermatology specialists according to community needs.

Toward the Main Outpatient Clinic (KURJ)

Puji added that the construction and licensing of KURJ are currently underway and are targeted for completion by the end of November. One of the upcoming flagship services will be physiotherapy, designed to help elderly, children, and adult patients with joint or nerve rehabilitation — without the long queues often found in large hospitals.

As part of its preventive healthcare services, KJP also offers bundled MCU packages with additional features such as free lunch for fasting patients before their check-up and a small gift upon completion.

In addition to developing medical services, KJP also introduces health innovations by launching Armoin Collagen, a supplement designed to support joint, bone, and skin moisture health.
