Nusantara Literacy Community and Millway Indonesia Hold Discussion: Building Soft Skills, Business, and Leadership

JAKARTA, ARAHKITA.COM – The Nusantara Literacy Community and Millway Indonesia held an online public discussion via Zoom platform titled "Building Soft Skills in Business & Leadership Communication" on Saturday (23/3/2024) evening.

The discussion featured keynote speakers such as the Minister of Communication and Information (Menkominfo), Budi Arie Setiadi, and Billy Mambrasar, Special Staff to President Jokowi, along with two other speakers: Prabunindya Revta Revolusi, Senior Journalist and Digital Communication Lecturer, and Iqbal Aristya, Founder & CTO of Digitalexchange.id, moderated by Dewi Leba, MC, News Presenter, and Lecturer.

Menkominfo Budi Arie emphasized the importance of utilizing the internet safely and productively amidst the rapid growth of digital literacy penetration. This condition calls for collective awareness to enhance digital literacy in Indonesia.

"The Indonesian government, through Kominfo, consistently delivers massive digital literacy training, including through the National Digital Literacy Movement (GNLD) and networking with various communities," said Budi Arie.

Meanwhile, Billy Mambrasar, Special Staff to the President of the Republic of Indonesia, stated that effective leadership communication is key to the success of government policies. Through clear communication and strong relationships, shared goals can be achieved by inspiring and motivating people around.

Prabu Revolusi highlighted the importance of digital literacy in creating an ecosystem that supports the growth of national solutions, both socially and economically, as a strategic step toward inclusive development.

Another speaker, Iqbal Aristya, Founder & CTO of Digitalexchange.id, emphasized the importance of quick adaptation to technological advancements, including through webinars, and encouraged the younger generation to explore success potential through crypto and blockchain by enhancing skills and knowledge.

As the moderator, Dewi Leba welcomed this positive activity and hoped it would attract more young people to actively participate and encourage them to continue upgrading their skills in this ever-evolving technological era.

On this occasion, Ferdinandus Wali Ate, Chairman of the Nusantara Literacy Community (KLN), thanked the speakers and participants of the discussion and invited everyone to explore the topic "Building Soft Skills, Business, and Leadership Communication" in their collaboration.
