Atambua, RNC – After providing nutritious lunch at SD Nurobo, Malaka Regency, on Friday, February 7, now it is the turn of SD Nufuak in South Atambua District, Belu Regency, to receive assistance from PT. Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) in collaboration with Yayasan Felix Maria Go (YFMG), on Saturday, February 8, 2025.
This effort aims to support the nutritional fulfillment and welfare of Indonesian children. In a press release received by RakyatNTT.com, it was mentioned that PT. KSEI and YFMG distributed nutritious lunch to 181 students at SD Nufuak. This program is part of KSEI's commitment to carry out its social responsibility, to make a positive impact on society, especially in the fields of education and children's health.
This activity provided a nutritious lunch consisting of rice, chicken, eggs, vegetables, as well as milk and biscuits, to help fulfill the nutritional needs of the children. In addition, this initiative also received support from Komoy, an educational character from East Nusa Tenggara, who participated by donating two copies of the storybook “Komoy Sang Juara” as part of the school library inventory. Additionally, a Komoy doll was given as a symbol of spirit and joy for the children.
Fransiscus Go, as the Chairman of Yayasan Felix Maria Go, mentioned that this program is not only about food aid but also a form of concern for the future of Indonesian children. “We believe that healthy children who receive adequate nutrition will be better prepared to receive quality education. With the support from various parties, including KSEI and Komoy, we hope that this program can provide sustainable benefits for children at SD Nufuak and other schools in Indonesia,” said Fransiscus Go.
Valeri Syerinita, a representative from Komoy, added that Komoy's participation in this activity is a form of support for improving literacy among Indonesian children. The book “Komoy Sang Juara” that was distributed is expected to inspire children to continue learning, dare to dream, and face challenges with enthusiasm.
Meanwhile, Yayasan Felix Maria Go is a non-profit organization focused on social and educational fields, with a mission to help children in remote areas gain better access to nutrition, education, and welfare.
