KBRN, Jakarta: Acting Governor of DKI, Heru Budi, along with several officials from the DKI Provincial Government, participated in the Fun Walk event organized by the Millway Indonesia community, starting from the HI area and finishing at Kantin Kendal, Menteng, Central Jakarta, on Sunday, (10/12/2023).

The event, which carried the theme 'Health Brings Togetherness,' was held to support and campaign for healthy living among residents in Jakarta.

"I am very happy to join the residents today for a walk together. Earlier, I was with the Head of the Department and the Bureau Chief greeting participants who were walking, and everyone was excited about living a healthy life. We want all residents to make time to exercise, and doing it together certainly adds more spirit," said Acting Governor Heru.

Acting Governor Heru also appreciated the organizers for collaborating with the government in hosting an event that brings positive impact and benefits.

"Of course, we want to continue inviting anyone to organize similar activities that benefit the residents of Jakarta, especially in promoting a healthy lifestyle," he emphasized.

The atmosphere became even more festive when Acting Governor Heru gave shopping vouchers to the best participants, followed by a photo session and a breakfast together.

"I hope activities and togetherness like this can continue to be consistently held," Heru concluded.
